Badr University students visit to Nanotechnology Research Centre(NTRC)

It was our pleasure to have Badr University students visit to Nanotechnology Research Centre(NTRC) through the collaboration with our industrial partner Nanogate company.

The visit included a tour to our advanced research labs in the center like synthesis lab, physical and spectroscopic labs, XRD and SEM, and biology labs. The students discussed some research points about the various approaches for synthesis different types of nanomaterials, how to load the various types of drug on nanocarriers, how to characterize the nanomaterials using the various techniques such as XRD, SEM, Zeta potential, Uv-Vis spectrophotometer and spectroflourometer, and FTIR- Raman. As well as, they deeben their knowledge by discussing the biological activity of the nanomaterial with the biology team.
