Policies and Procedures
- 01· All applicants must confirm their scheduled measurement appointment by replying to the appointment email. · If confirmation is not received within two working days, the appointment will be automatically cancelled.
- 02· Requests to change the appointment date must be sent via email at least two working days in advance. · Failure to reschedule within the allowed time frame will result in loss of the appointment and no refund eligibility.
- 03· In the case of an emergency, a refund may be requested within one month of the appointment date. · All refund requests are subject to review and approval. - If you wish to cancel any service, please inform us at least two working days in advance, and any remaining balance must be used within the same fiscal year.
- 04· Applicants must arrive on time for their scheduled appointment. · A delay of more than 10 minutes will result in cancellation of the time slot. A new application will be required to book another appointment.
- 05· Appointments are scheduled separately for each laboratory, depending on lab availability and workload. · Applicants will receive individual appointment notifications for each laboratory requested.
- 06· All applicants must submit the required documents along with the application form. Documentation requirements based on applicant type: · Master’s or PhD students: Please provide a signed letter confirming your enrollment for the academic year 2025–2026. · Academic staff: Submit a valid university ID confirming your status for the academic year 2025–2026. · Undergraduate students: Provide a valid university ID for the academic year 2025–2026 as proof of enrollment.
- 07· The application form must be submitted as a PDF file not exceeding 2 MB. · Word documents or other formats will not be accepted. · A separate application form must be submitted for each laboratory, including complete information (sample types, chemical composition, etc.).
- 08· Kindly review your application carefully to avoid any delays. · It is mandatory to fill in all fields under "Sample Type". Incomplete applications will be disregarded. · The measurement appointment for all instruments will be scheduled within 7 working days from the date of payment confirmation, for sample delivery only. · The exact measurement time will be set by the lab operator according to the lab’s timetable — except for SEM measurements, which will be conducted on the same day as your appointment.
- 09Please clearly state the purpose of your request in the designated section of the application: · For Research Purposes: Indicate that your request is for research and include the name of your Faculty or Research Centre. · For Industrial Collaboration: Clearly mention that your request is for industrial collaboration and include the name of your Industrial Partner.
- 10If you have specific measurement conditions or requirements, please state them clearly in the “Extra Information” section of the application form.
