A significant step towards advancing pharmaceutical education in Egypt! On Tuesday , July 1st 2025 , NTRC was honored to host esteemed members of the Pharmaceutical Studies Sector Committee - Supreme Council of Universities with distinguished pharmacy staff , Professor Nahla Elashmawy , vice dean for community services and Associate Prof. Shady Swidan , acting head of Pharmaceutics department.

The committee toured our advanced labs and facilities, witnessing firsthand how our nanotechnology capabilities can be leveraged for groundbreaking pharmaceutical research and development. Our discussions focused on how NTRC can provide invaluable support to pharmacy education, equipping both undergraduate and postgraduate students with the practical skills and theoretical knowledge necessary for careers in a rapidly advancing field.
We highlighted our human resources, comprised of experts in various aspects of nanotechnology with direct relevance to pharmacy, ready to contribute to training programs, joint research projects, and mentorship opportunities.
